My journey as a ceramic artist started over 40 years ago. I received my BFA in Education with concentration in ceramics from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. As a ceramic artist and educator, I am focused on my growth as an artist and elevating awareness of the unlimited possibilities of clay and glaze application.

Currently, my work seeks to emphasize clay’s simple grounded elegance. Through texture and a muted color pallet, I continue to explore the organic nature of crackle glaze on clay tiles and wheel thrown pieces.
